Our Terms and Conditions
We choose British seasonal produce whenever possible. When suggesting dishes and creating menus, we do so with a desire to minimise food waste without compromising our service. Environmentally aware, we recycle and endeavour to purchase ingredients with little or no packaging.
Allergies and dietary requirements
We will endeavour to provide alternative menus for any dietary requirements notified one week before the event. If we are notified of any allergies we will ensure that these ingredients are not used in the food provided, however we cannot guarantee any dishes free from trace elements due to the nature of the kitchens.
Melissa's Kitchen follows strict health and safety guidelines. A copy of the appropriate Food Hygiene Certificate is available upon request.
A confirmation deposit will be required to hold your chosen date. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice. Full payment to be cleared 7 working days prior to the event.
In the event of a cancellation the following charges shall apply:
